Civil Modification: A More Open Kitchen Layout

One of the major structural changes requested by the clients was the removal of the wall between the kitchen and the utility area. By integrating the utility into the kitchen, we created a more open, spacious, and practical layout that significantly improved workflow and storage.

Acrylic Finish Kitchen

The kitchen was designed in an acrylic finish, as per the clients’ requirement. The high-gloss look brought in a modern aesthetic while offering durability, easy cleaning, and long-lasting finish quality. The overall palette was kept subtle and clean to complement the open layout.

Dining Area: Collage Wall + Accent Wall

To bring personalization and visual interest into the common spaces, the clients wanted a collage wall in the dining area, paired with a distinct accent wall. Together, these elements created a warm and expressive dining zone that stands out without overpowering the home’s subtle design theme.

Personalized Room Designs & Color Theming

The clients already had clarity about the design styles they wanted for each room. Our role was to refine those ideas and guide them towards the right color themes, ensuring harmony across all spaces. Furnishing for a Move-In Ready Home

As part of the turnkey delivery, we also provided complete furnishing, making the home fully ready for the family to move in. The furnishing package included:
